STATIC DOPPLER

Doppler's effecte it is a basic  physical experiment and I will not repeat here basic knowledge that you can find in books.

Here I will explain new problem . At first look source and sensor are not moving
( distance  source - sensor is constant ) is that TRUE ?

About five years ago I informed LIGO about below problem by e-mail . The reply was not soo nice "LIGO" is testing Einstein's Theory not Marosz. DOPPLER INSIDE ATOM ???
I hope that below idea will very fast solve CANCER / AIDS problem. Please notice that each electron has got own special "screw jump" this jump is generating wave .. if we will read this wave we will be able sent ideal opposite signal to eliminate electron . EVEN IF we will not destroy HIV directly we will be able slown down or 100% block other reactions that HIV or CANCER  need to life 

Electron is generating wave similar like traditional helicopter is mixing AIR
